About SecreTel

I started SecreTel in February of 2003 and I am having a great time.  I opened SecreTel to help the entrepreneur like you!

The best part of being in business for yourself is you are the boss: you create your own hours and you are doing what you love to do.  The worst part, as I am sure you are finding, is all the office work that comes along with having your own business:

  • being tied to your phone to provide excellent customer service
  • making sure your bills are paid on time
  • keeping the cash flow steady by invoicing regularly and...
  • figuring out that dreaded GST!

SecreTel offers a full office support team here to help you through the worst part of business – Administration.   Jennifer is our Accounts Manager, Nola is our Director of First Impressions (receptionist/secretary) and my name is Claire, I review your year end and work with your accountant to make sure your accounting year goes as smoothly as possible. We also keep an eye on your business with you - running monthly reports to make sure your business is on the right track.  Good management is essential to having a successful business.

At SecreTel we are able to provide you with as much or as little support as you require - at a fraction of the cost of running your own office.  To see what we can do for you go to our menu of services and plug in what you need and simply email it back to us. We will get back to you within 1 business day with an estimate on how cost effective having your own personal office team could be.  If there is a service not on the menu that you would like help with, let us know and we will do our best to help you.
